TheProm.pt sells digital credits used to unlock digital prompt content. All sales are final and non-refundable once credits have been added to your account.
Credits spent to unlock prompts cannot be refunded. Once a prompt is unlocked, the transaction is complete.
Unused credits are also non-refundable as the purchase of credits constitutes the purchase of a digital service with immediate delivery.
We may issue a refund at our sole discretion in case of: duplicate charge due to a technical error, or payment processed but credits not delivered. Report within 7 days at: https://theprom.pt/zh/contact/
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension pending investigation.
To report a valid refund claim, contact us at https://theprom.pt/zh/contact/ with your order ID and a description of the issue.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
