TheProm.pt provides curated AI system prompts for professional roles. Users purchase credits to unlock individual prompts.
You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for your account credentials.
Credits are non-refundable once purchased and do not expire. Payments are processed by Paddle.com.
Unlocking a prompt grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it, including commercially. You may not resell the raw prompt text.
You may not use the service to generate illegal, harmful or infringing content, nor scrape prompts without purchasing them.
The TheProm.pt platform and prompt library are owned by Splash it S.r.l.
The service is provided "as is". Splash it S.r.l. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes are subject to Italian courts.
