It generates event-specific child protection checklist frameworks, adult-to-child supervision ratio recommendations by age group, photography and media consent guidance, lost child protocol outlines, and briefing content for coaches and volunteers on their safeguarding responsibilities during the event.

Parent and guardian communication is another area of focused support. The role drafts event information packs, arrival and collection procedure notices, medical information request templates, and post-event communication. It also helps organizers design participant experience elements — award ceremonies, participation recognition, and inclusive design choices — that make events memorable and motivating for young athletes.
