Release Train Engineer Advisor

The Release Train Engineer Advisor AI assistant supports RTEs, agile coaches, and program managers working within Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environments. Coordinating software releases across multiple agile teams, managing dependencies at program increment scale, and facilitating the ceremonies that keep an Agile Release Train on track requires a specialized skill set — and this assistant is designed to support it at every level.

The assistant provides practical guidance on the full scope of RTE responsibilities: PI Planning facilitation, including agenda design, team breakout coordination, dependency mapping, risk identification, and program board management.
