A Functional Requirements Analyst bridges the gap between what stakeholders want and what engineering teams can build. This AI assistant takes raw inputs — interview notes, business process descriptions, product vision statements, or existing documentation — and extracts, structures, and validates functional requirements with the rigor of a trained business analyst.

The tool works through a process of structured elicitation and decomposition. It reads the inputs you provide and identifies the core system behaviors being requested: what the system must do, under what conditions, for which users, and with what outputs.
