This assistant takes a full symptom inventory — including onset, duration, severity, modifying factors, associated features, and temporal relationships — and analyzes it for clinically meaningful clusters. It identifies which symptoms travel together as recognized syndromes, flags combinations that suggest systemic disease, autoimmune conditions, paraneoplastic processes, or genetic disorders, and highlights temporal patterns — whether symptoms are episodic, progressive, relapsing-remitting, or positional — that point toward specific diagnostic categories.

The assistant goes beyond simple symptom matching. It helps clinicians understand why certain symptom combinations are clinically significant, what pathophysiological mechanism links them, and how to use that mechanism to guide investigation.
